I also have a 1930’s ring, what type of band are you going to use with this?
We got 2 semi eternity bands to go with it. They each have 19 diamonds on them and are about 1/3k each. I started with 3/4k bands and they looked huge and bulky next to it because of how small the band is on the ring.
The 2 smaller bands look awesome and bring out all the detail work on the band and the side diamonds.
I have been looking at 5 stone bands because they line up with were my diamonds end in the band, just haven’t found the perfect one yet
it’s harder to find a band to go with them I think! I love my e-ring soooo much and it’s hard to match the work that went into detail from that era to how a wedding band is now.
My ring is from an actual estate jeweler and they had a ton of estate bands that looked really nice with my band, have you tried looking for an estate band?
no I actually haven’t tried looking at estate jewelry yet – my engagement ring is a family ring and I am with you, I just love the vintage rings!
I suggest looking there! You will be a-m-a-z-e-d at the gorgeous estate bands out there! My jeweler had tiffany ones that I think I really drooled over! they were all 20’s-40’s and so pretty!
That pic looks so much like my ring! Mine is my great-grandmother’s, and I love it, but I have had a hard time matching it up too! Anyone found a good vintage site online?
that is where my e-ring is from. and i’ll post a pic of what my bands look like. They look a lot newer than my e-ring since they aren’t estate but they look great with the band of my since it isn’t just a straight band.
Thank you! I’ll post mine in a few – it’s not as nice of a picture as yours, but then you can see it 🙂
