Ball Gown Confusion!!!

I like the dress and I think you would look beautiful in anything, but I do think a style maybe a little more fitted at the top would be kind of more of a mix of the ballgown and the fit and flare you originally wanted. I only say this because i originally wanted fit n flare, but when i tried my dress on it was not what i thought i wanted but it was so much better, and i just fell in love with it. Mine is considered A line, but its very fitted through the torso (corset back) and then its starts to flare out right past the hips, and it flows very well. Here is a pic to give you an idea. (this is w/out any alterations yet so its too long but you get the idea 🙂

another problem i had when trying on was that i loved the blingy sashes on the dresses but they usually fell right where yours does, right below my boobs, so it didnt give me the look at my waist like i wanted and made my torso look really short and did not look very proportionate in my opinion.
