Ellie_e- My florist put the flowers/moss/branching on our centerpieces for us. But I THINK it is angel vine. That is used in wreath making. She used it in my bridesmaid bouquets, too. I think it's pretty easy to manipulate.
I had the same idea.....but decided not to....unless you would have outdoor backyard reception
