- Wedding: December 2010
Hey everyone! I just finished my first official DIY project and I think it turned out well. I did these programs for a black and white themed, Winter, wedding, and they were cheap and easy to do.
We’re expecting 80 people at the wedding, so I bought 2 packages of 150 page, white, card stock (normal size). I created a template, that allowed for 2 pages per sheet, and printed them out on normal home printer. Make sure that you print them on “High” quality by going to Print/Properties/High Print Quality.
Once the pages are printed, cut them out individually… this is the time consuming part. If you a way to cut them quicker than by using scissors then more power to you!
Line the pages up one behind the other, and make sure that they’re even. Using a one hole punch, punch two holes on the top of the pages. You can determine the distance between the holes… I think mine are almost an inch from the outside of the left and right.
Take a sheer piece of ribbon, and run it through each hole… make sure the tying ends are in the front of the program.
Tie a pretty bow, and you’re done!
I hope this helps. 🙂
