I was able to find several of the jars and trays for my candy buffet at Ross for about $3 – $5 each.  You may have to check at a few locations, but they had a rather large selection.  Good Luck!

Good for you and your can do attitude! These look great. I found some GREAT deals on containers at GoodWill stores, too. I also asked my friends and families to contribute any pretty cut-glass or clear glass containers they might have – – the results have been wonderful and I think everyone’s happy to be part of the “dessert table.”  (I’ll post final pics after our wedding this weekend.) Like you – we are also adding to our candy offerings with homemade cookies, macaroons, pretzels, etc. I’ve found on a (mini) trial run-through that some pretty ribbon tied to containers makes a HUGE impact…and the tags or labels can really create unity, too. Good luck.

I scarfed a few crystal bowls at a yardsale and some at the local goodwill.  I also stole another girl’s diy idea for cake pedastols with plates and crystal candle holders…all for like $67.00
