We just got home from a cupcake tasting with Betsy and I just have to say... BEST. CUPCAKES. EVER. I am a cupcake fanatic and these cupcakes are incredible. The pairings are so delicious... my favorites were chocolate with caramel frosting, almond with pear frosting, apple with maple frosting, and banana with cinnamon frosting. Traditional chocolate & cream cheese frostings were tasty too. And we tried these amazing little tarts - salted caramel in a chocolate shell and peanut butter/chocolate in a vanilla shell were DELICIOUS. Betsy is incredibly nice and accommodating. She's going to create an assortment of mini-cupcakes, traditional cupcakes, mini tarts and chocolate covered strawberries for our party. Yummmmmm!!!
