i made these Dollar Tree centerpieces and wanted to make a step by step walk thru on them.
they saved us some $$ and they were fun to do.
the bottop piece is a candle holder i glued with E6000 glue and then in the middle i placed a gem which i thought looked really cute. the gems i got from the dollartree as well.
then i glued a tall vase to the top of that
and here is how they turned out i got the mirrors from Hobby Lobby the flowers in the centerpieces are fake caz they will sink real flowers will float. the blue gems are from the dollartree too

really pretty. I wish I would of seen this before we did what we did for ours.
When I seen the blue gem in it. I first thought it was a light to light up the crystal. Which if you add a removeable putty type of adhesive and turn on the lights before the wedding that would work too. That would be so pretty. But they are very pretty without the light idea. 🙂 Great job!
