This is my first attempt at my garters. I am super pleased with how they turned out. Let me know what you think.. I am working on a tutorial right now, so once I am finished I will post it.
The lighting isn’t good, sorry about that. It is light pink and ivory with silver stones and pearls.

Looks good! Where did you find your lace?
Materials: ( I got everything at Hobby Lobby)
—Stretchy Lace. (It was on a roll of 9 yards, so you will have ALOT left over. It was orginally 4.99 but, was 50% off, so 2.50. I believe you can buy it by the yard and have them cut it. Not sure on price.
— 1/4 yard of two colors of fabric
— The Initial pendant
— the pearl and crystal
So, When I was at Hobby Lobby, I couldn’t find the ivory lace, the only had white. So, I thought about it and decided I would go ahead and purchase the white and tea stain it when I got home. I boiled some water on the stove and dropped a few tea bags in it. Then once they were ready, I just ran the tea bags over the lace that I had cut. ( Which you would need to determine by your thigh size.) I hadn’t sewed it at this point.. While I let that dry under the fan, I started on the rosette flowers.
I used the tutorial here for the rosette flowers.. http://www.craftaholicsanonymous.net/fabric-rosettes-tutorial
(Side note: I used hott glue in a few places to make it stay..)
Once I had the flowers made and secured, I just added a little hott glue to the center of the back of the flowers and attached them to the band. Leaving the outside raw so I could tack(sew) to the lace band. Then I just pinned the “M” pendant to the center of the flowers and hott glued the pearls/crystals.
Hope that helps yall. 🙂 If you have any more questions, feel free!
