I love your arrangements! I too have decided to create my bouquet and center pieces out of origami flowers. I purchased recycled hand made paper to use for my bouquet. I decided to only use two types of flowers, but I love your choice of flowers for your arrangements. Attached is my bouquet (not done yet).

I love these. I just started making origami flowers for my wedding and so far, they are turning out great. My fiancee thinks I am absolutely nuts! All of my decor is hand made by me from the card box to the candle holders. I have a little less than 8 months to complete everything. Very possible!
