When I first got engaged I knew I had to have a magnet save the date. I know so cliche as everyone is doing that now but I really wanted one. As time passed and this thing called a budget began to come together I was saddened to realize that my save the dates might just have to be one of the compromises that I’d have to give up. Just as I was becoming ok with this decision I received my cousins save the date and at that moment it was over. I was going to have a save the date no matter what, but I had to do it on a budget, a very, very small budget. Luckily for me vistaprint is ALWAYS having a sale and my idea began to form.
A post card save the date with a business card sized magnet!!! I loved it! After many, many tweeks this is what we settled on. I am so happy I got to have my save the dates and I love how they turned out.
So without futher adooo here is the postcard:
Here is the magnet:
(please pardon my flash)
Anddd here is what it looked like when my guests got it:
Note that once they remove the magnet it says “we hope to see you there”
The whole shabang cost less then $30. Worked out perfectly! Love vistaprint for making this wedding wish come true 🙂
Who else used vistaprint? Any other magnet std brides out there? Show me yours.
