I created every piece of these myself, from the hand made pocket to the detail in the envelope. Purchased green paper and leaf punch at paper-source.com. brown papers/envelopes were purchased at xpedx. I rounded all of the corners on the paper, folded and glued the pockets. It was a lot of work but well worth the effort.
