Hello!

I think you can use ribbon and tulle, and handmade belt with roses and stones.

You must use a lot of tutu that you can get as full as these dresses. Watch this tutorial. This is just for skirt, so unstead of short pieces of tulle use longer and unstead of elastic use ribbon, so that you can tie around neck, or you can made on sholders.

I made tutu dresses for my flower girl and our niece who will giving out programs (she will only be 8 months at the time).  I did find in making the one for the baby that I used 3- 40 yd rolls from hobby lobby and it turned out MUCH better than the first one I did.  Therefore, we will be adding additional tulle and making the one for our flower girl much more poofy 🙂  October needs to hurry because I am sooooo excited for them to wear their dresses!!
