I like it a little darker! It will really pop in your pictures!

I think the first is really pretty and will look especially great in pictures. You look beautiful in both photos, but I like the added glamour for your wedding.

I prefer the more natural look. I think maybe you could do a look that is half way? Maybe darker with a darker shad of shadow as opposed to liner that is a bit too dark? That is what I am thinking for myself.

I’ll add a photo of my inspiration, maybe it will help? I think it is elegant but still looks fresh?

i wouldn’t worry too much – go with what you like. You look absolutely beautiful in both 🙂

I totally agree with bobbileach – find something in the middle but that still looks produced… it’s your wedding, you need to look better than usual!

Have you thought about having the dark liner/shadow on the top lid and leaving your bottom lid bare-ish? that way you can have drama but you won’t look too heavily lined. Also highlighting the inner eye with white makes eyes look bigger, whilst in your trial make-up the liner is drawn the whole way around the eye, and this can actually make eyes look smaller. I love your hair btw.

I just got married…once you put on your dress/jewelry and have the whole look, the eyes won’t look like too much.  I actually had eye makeup that was just a bit softer than your trial look, but still way more than I usually wear, and it looked fairly subtle in pictures, which was ok.  Some of my bridesmaids had a bit more drama in the eyes and it popped more in pictures, but still looked pretty in person too.  You want to stand out on your wedding day…go with the extra mmmph =)

The makeup will photograph differently than you see in person. I don’t think it’s too dark. I’ve seen much darker and it still photographs very well. You have to picture the whole look in your head which can be hard to do. If you keep the makeup as it is from the trial, it will have a very glam effect in your wedding pictures.
