Well in my opinion….1. I would only keep the monogram if it is going to be a theme throughout your wedding. If the invitation is the only place you’re going to see the monogram I would leave it off to give you more room on the invitation. 2. I would make the font of the Cambridge print black instead of dark grey. I would make the pocket fold Navy Blue, the mat behind the invitation Regency Purple, and the invitation white just like you have it now. I would make all the inserts white with Regency Purple (or Navy Blue) headings. And I would make the color of the RSVP envelope REgency Purple. 3. I would make the outter envelope for the entire invitation white, and the envelope that will have the actual pocket fold will be Regency Purple. 4. No, all the text shouldnt be capitalized….only the first letter. 5. Yes, include the actual address of the Resort so people can punch it into their GPS. 6. If you want to use ribbon I would use that monogram you created and make a belly band for the pocket fold. 🙂

That is very beautiful! I am doing my best friends invitations and her colors are purple and turquouse. I have no idea where to start! Do you have a template that you could send me and I could go off of that? Thank you soooo much! I only have word, I feel like I am biting off more than I can chew to help her. I did my own invitations and they are beautiful but she is being more difficult than helpful!!! [email protected]
