Floating Candle/Submerged Orchid Centerpieces

Are they fake orchids? or real? Which work better?

These are real. I'd imagine either would work, since the floating candle kinda weighs them down!

we are using fake and you can tell the difference. One thing we found out is that you have to make sure if you use fake that they are polyester not silk otherwise they bleed if they have color on them.

im curious how big your tables are ?? that centerpiece is beautiful and your table setting seems simple and elegant . im just worried at being at at 10 person table it might not be enough ???

AdoraeBride I do understand your question. I have this centerpiece but I have 3 vases different heights because the table sits 9 people.

We had about 8 people (sometimes 9) per table, and you could still see the centerpieces. :)  I think you could definitely use two or three more vases like hiswife mentioned, if you're worried it might not be enough!

Im doing the same centerpiece.. I love it! Im having a hard time finding the Floating candles what size did you use and where did you buy them?

I bought them from Michaels!  I'm not sure of the exact size... they were the larger of the 2-3 sizes they offered.
