These do look a little small but mostly in relation to the ribbon. Maybe try a ribbon that is a bit narrower and the proportions might be better. As far as overall size, I’m not sure what you want to use them for, but I think they look great — I definitely wouldn’t scrap the idea completely! Good luck!

I think it’s a cute idea. Maybe change the size of the ribbon, like said. Also, maybe move the larger flowers to the top of the ball. And/or use smaller flowers. I will add a few pictures for reference.

Have you updated them at all yet? I want to see them finished!

I think both would be too busy. Test out the jars first with a few flowers, and your ribbon etc. (Hint, if you use some thin strips of duct tape, like 1/4″, in a latice work pattern across the top of the jar, it could act as a way to hold the flowers in place, since the smaller jar may be shallow. Plus it comes in every color imaginable.) Mini calla lilies can get pricy and you may need more to fill it out to make it look right. Or you could try adding in some roses or alstroemeria (peruvian lilies), which would fill in space, but not overpower the calla lilies, and look nice.

Grape balls can be used at the reception on the back of chairs tied to the sash or just hanging off the backs of some chairs? Or maybe as a filler in the centerpieces, you can always glue then to chopsticks so they act like flowers? You could also just scrap the idea and resell them on this website, it happens sometimes.

I found that one online, I’m still working towards my wedding, May 26! But I grew up making flower arrangements and have helped plan many weddings at this point (my moms from Hawaii, the whole family always helps in weddings).
