Here is my Tutorial for DIY Soap Favors.
Here are the materials needed. Molds, Soap, Scent (I used Lavender) coloring (Purple), glitter, Measuring cup to melt in.
Once you melt the soap you add the glitter, scent and coloring then pour it into the molds.
The finished soaps, i did 2 different types of molds. They came out a little purple lilac color.
Put them in cute bags, and ill add a tag to them later.
I was surprised at how easy and inexpensive this project was.

Well i bought the soap at Hobby Lobby because they have it in little pieces out there, but you can also use it from Michaels and AC moore it just comes in a brick. The Molds were also from Hobby Lobby. I bought a fancy scent that was a little expensive because i wanted them to smell good. The Dye and Glitter were from ACmoore. Bags from Michaels.
Honestly i spent less then 50 bucks for all of it. I used the 40 and 50 percent off coupons on most of the items, just picking them up each time i went. The most expensive part was really the bags, but i think i really needed them because they make the favor look very cute and fancy.
you can put them in the freezer to make them harden up, but i just let mine cool on the counter, its been unseasonably warm here, so it only took about an hour to cool.
Oh and if possible use a plastic measuring cup to melt in because it heats evenly.

@busykaty How many of these did you make? I really have been thinking about making these.

I made a little over 100. I needed 50 favors and i gave each person 2 small soaps. If you are making that many you won’t need more then 2 large bags. I had starter soap left over.
