Where do you get dried hydrangeas?  Your centerpieces are beautfil!!!  I would consider using something with a softer feel at the bottom besides the rocks.  Also, where do you get the willow brances?  I plan to use some for my reception

use the clear (or some colored) glass marble type things; or use waterbeads in clear or a different color.  Also, how did you hide the stems of the hydrangeas so they wouldn’t show in the vase?

I am thinking about doing something really similar but probably with the blue/purple hydrangeas! How were the dried hydrangeas to work with? Were they brittle? (Like did they fall apart when you were working with them)? They are so much cheaper than silk and I would love to use them, but I don’t want to waste my time and money if they turn to dust when you touch them or try to wire them together…

I’d love to know more about the dried hydrangeas as well, please! They look great! They’re much cheaper than silk ones and I would love to use them. How easy are they handle? Your centerpieces turned out beautiful! When they’re placed on the table, maybe put some tealight or votive candles around it? You could also put a mirror plate underneath it. 🙂

i love them as they are.  the rocks give the centerpieces a natural, more organic feel.  i hope that is the effect you are going for.Laughing

I am also planning on doing a “twig centerpiece.” I hadn’t thought of hydrangeas. They really fill out the bottom! Could you please provide the details about how tall the vase is?
