It’s kind of hard to tell because of the pic but from what I can see, it looks pretty, not cheap at all. 🙂
I can’t see the beading 🙁
Oh cool. Now I can see clearly, and just as I first thought, it does not look cheap at all. You did a great job! Congrats, it looks fantastic!!! :-))
Did you buy the lace? or, did you just attached the beads? And, what thread did you use?, did you do it by hand? LOL! So many questions. It’s just I’m making my own veil and I actually bought the lace and I’m going to be attaching the beads so I got invisible thread but I was wondering if there is a better way to do it. Thanks. 🙂
Ok so I bought this dress online overseas and when it got here had no beading! So instead of spending the $100 to send it back I decided to do it myself and took apart an old wedding dress and used the original pattern of the lace for my beads to follow and then I attatched the finished product to the dress using white button thread because. It was sturdier. However like you said I think the invisible would work better if you are using sequins or clear beads instead of the pearls I used 🙂 I did do this all by hand! I hope this helps!
Looks professionally done! Would’ve never known you did it yourself!
Yeah, can you do mine next? 😉 great work!!!
I love the beading you did a really good job! What company did you order the dress from?
No way, it’s gorgeous and the beading is perfection! It’s going to be absolutely beautiful 🙂
I agree. I love the beading. and what a great way to take a dress up a notch! Especially with your own handy work!
Thanks! All your comments are really reassuring! @almostmrsabraham I actually bought the dress off eBay so I’m not really sure of a company name :-/
What a great job! I wish I had your skills! My dress would be beaded all over, lol.
it is beautiful!!! 🙂
