Instead of a groom’s cake, we had an ice cream sundae buffet. We had chocolate and vanilla ice cream and all the toppings to make a sundae. We included bite size brownies and chocolate chip cookies, crushed peanuts, Oreos, toffee bits, M&M’s in our wedding colors, sprinkles, cherries, whipped cream and fudge and caramel topping. I made labels for each ingredient, so guests could identify them. Not only was it a huge hit with the kids, but also with the adults.
