What if you add lights or flowers to the arch? Or even tie beading to the top of it so when your guests come in, it will be a nice welcoming kind of entrance I guess. Or maybe you can try tying ribbon from the top of it and attach photos or something else to it.

I like the photo idea. It could even be photos of you and your guests that are attending from over the years.

I think the easiest thing is lights or flowers, but I think it depends on your theme, colors, mood, etc.

I think it would look really pretty if you were to get those lights they make to put on bushes.. You know the kind that are perfectly placed out.. (since its close to christmas you should be able to find this) and then cover with some sheer white fabric or fabric of one of your colors.. It would look really nice and elegant.

I agree … I don’t think you can go wrong with adding some of the light.. they will be simple yet elegant and distract people from the actual arch!

If the style of the arch just doesn’t go with your theme, you can always cover it with fabric, too – drap some along the exterior and along the interior.  Using lights along with that could look really pretty if you’re going elegant

I would get some tulle in your wedding colors and wrap in around it. You may also want to add flowers, maybe got to the grocery store and get a bouquet for either side. It will look good!
