I kept seeing shoes that had the initials of the couple or “I DO” on the bottom of the shoes and had always wanted that. So me being the cheap bride that I am I did it my self.
3mm Red Rhinestones ( I bought them at Joanns for about $3, but if you buy them on ebay from the right seller, you probably could get them cheaper: long story short I received the wrong size and didn’t want to go through the hassle of waiting for the right rhinestones to come)
Wedding shoes (won’t work if te shoes are flat)
Needle/ straight pin
Desired Font on a paper
Extra piece of paper
step 1: Choose the font you like and print it out (**make sure that the size will fit on your shoe)
step 2: Secure the paper and poke the outline of the letters with your needle/straight pin
step 3: Then squeeze a big glob of tacky glue on the extra piece of paper & start glueing
I used 1 rhinestone for the skinny parts of the line and 2 rhinetones to add thickness to the lettering. I also noticed the rhinestones I had were a little too big for the numbers, so I didn’t add the thickness that I did for the lettering.
Here’s what the other side looked when it was all finished….
step 4: Admire you work!!

That is such a great idea! I wanted the “I Do” stickers too but didn’t care for the blue color, now I can DIY my own. Thanks for posting!
