sorry the photo's just a little blurry - but here are the gold - swarovski flip flops i DIY'd for my gals to throw on for the dancing at the reception - because we all know....

heels just aren't any fun to dance in! =)

I do have that much time =) and love making things.... isn't that the point of the DIY section here? Not to spam our etsy shops?
Anyways it looks like she has about 40-50 crystals per shoe.
I found this site and I am sure there are others. It sells the crystals, adhesive and adhesive tool... looks pretty simple to make... and probably about 10-15 minutes per shoe for application.
