I thought it would be a nice gesture for the ladies to be able to trade in their fancy footwear for some flip flops. I was happy to find that my guests used them :) I think they really fit with the relaxed feel of our reception. You can't see them very well but I attached cute little flowers and bows to them.

I also love this idea and was planning on doing the samething. Our wedding is in October so I am hoping for some good deals on flip flops in September, just in time for our wedding. How dod you think of the sizes? Did you just pick up a bunch of sizes? I think most of my family and friends have big feet, lol. So I need size 8 and up (I'm guessing).

My wedding is in August and I just bought the flip flops now. $2 online from old navy. We are having 120 guests, i got 40 pairs in the following sizes: size 6: 6, size 8: 28, size 10: 6. does this seem like enough? I am labelling them small, medium and large to make it a little easier for the guests to decide on a size.
