Kusudama origami flowers

They look great!

I had the same thought when I saw the first picture of kusudama flowers…  Already trying to figure out where all I can fit them in to the decorations, etc.  Definitely want them in the bouts too.

I actually love these flowers. I made a bunch of them with floral wire and put them in a vase and then took them to work.I got a lot of compliments.

I realized I wanted to incorporate them in some way as well, so i’ve decided to use them as seating/placement cards. I got three different patterned cardstock from michael’s on sale and just cut the squares to size. I know it’s going to be a lot of work but I think it’ll be worth it. i’m going to post them in the next few days, i just need to take a photo, then upload.

Good luck with them. I think boutonnieres could work if you place them correctly.

love them! BUT I’m totally biased b/c I used them in my bridal paper bouquet and reception decor. tehe =)

what kind of paper did you use to make them? They are ver pretty

You could always use them as escort cards by attaching a sqaur card to the center and having sticking out to the right of the flower so that your guest can still see the center of the flower on the left side!
