Like most everything having to do with the wedding, I wanted to have them match our theme. I purchased some cheap wooden trays at the craft store and spray-painted them white.
I then used my damask stamp and some acrylic paint to stamp our damask pattern on them and adorned them with ribbon.
However, the damaskness of it all doesn’t stop there.
Somewhere along the line, I found some cute damask-printed paper guest towels at Gallery 19 and bought a few packs. It was also around this time that I discovered MyKleenexTissue.com. I personalized four boxes of Kleenex with our fabric pattern, names, and wedding date: one for each dressing room (hey, sometimes guys get emotional, too) and one for each restroom.
Thus, you get this conglomeration of three different damask patterns in one area. Something I didn’t really consider when I was putting it all together. But I honestly don’t think it looks that bad, especially when you consider the myriad of products that will be scattered amongst all the damask.
