Hi, My maid of honor and I just finished our first centerpiece testing. I wanted to see what you guys thought. My theme of the wedding is beach. I have around 100 people showing up for the wedding and reception. We have about 19 tables to set up for the reception. We were thinking about doing 4/5 different centerpieces. I want to keep simple. Here is one of my ideas. My hardest thing is coming up with summer beach flowers (need help here). My wedding dress is a floral light pink dress, so I am looking for relaxing beach ideas. Wedding is 8/12/12

What about some rosemary? it’s a summer flower and the meaning is pretty cool behind it. That’s what we are doing, as we are doing our vow renewal by the beach. Or hydrangeas maybe? Just throwing those out there for ya.

@Brittanie: Got the LED Lights at Michaels Craft Store. Got them on sale with a 40% discount coupon.
@Valerie: Kind of thinking Hydrangeas. They are in season at the moment. We are thinking of doing a few different things as I keep looking things up online. Since we were thinking of doing a beach theme idea with a heart glass vase. We are thinking about doing the same think underneath the water beads.
As for our vows, we are having them done on one of the Chesapeake Bay outlits in Virginia Beach. We were orginally going to have it done on the beach but the venue has a really nice water stage outside.
