I’d also like to know more about how you did this… looks great!  How did you make the tempalte to cover the envelope?  Would you be able to send it???  Please!  They look so good!

Thank you for the inspiration and tutorial!  It really wasn’t that hard afterall!  🙂 Other then the fact I have to make about 100 of them!  But I started cutting out all the liners and I will get to stamping them again later!  I used Kraft paper.  It is very thin and was cheap.  A large roll was $4 from Staples.
