Wow! Looks great! I love the flower girl dress! I think I am gonna mke mine as well. You have done a really great job!!!
Good work!! Love the dress, so adorable! I thought about making one, but that would have been one too many projects for me.
It was super cheap and super easy…i just followed the no sew tutu dress tutorials online…maybe 10$ total
The dress is super cute. Is the top part of it holey though? As in, is that her skin I’m seeing through the fabric?
yes…so it on works for little-little ones….this was the test run..my family is in Florida I live in chicago… That grey florwer was just taped so I knew how high i needed to sew. I addded to more rows of fabric tulle for extra coverage…so you can see throgh at the top of the babnda but it covers everything that supposed to “be covered”
Your decorations look great! Did you just sew silk flower petals together?
Glued… I brought tulle…(they actually sell the SAME tulle as the micheals one at the dollar store)..so mad but hopfully it can save you some money. They come 25 feet at 6 inches for a dollar. (Mine are 9inches wide…but those 3 inches arent worth the extra 20$ you spend at micheals.) I just hot glued the first layer to get a good base then spray glued the next 3 layers. I ordrered petals on ebay and when i ran out I went to the dollar store they sell them 300 in a pack. I brought 10 packs hand cut the back edges they were super frayed and dyed them with with scarlett dye from micheals. You cant even tell the diffrence it took a extra 2 hours to cut (my fiance helped) but it was so much cheapier the first 3,000 were 75$ the 2nd was 10$ at the dollar store (plus the time it took to dye and cut but hey 65$ savings is WORTH it!!_
