On a positive note, the extra stamps make it look even prettier on the outside. I’m considering doing something similar, but not backing the inserts. Maybe I will take a sample to the post office first to try to see how close I can make it to stay machinable. Thanks for the heads up.

Those look great! I think this site is helpful with postage requirements, especially regarding flexibility like you mentioned. It looks like it has to bend 2″ without causing damage. Good to know as I am thinking about pocket folds myself right now but I only planned on backing the invite and the RSVP.
