honestly… “too much”

I think in 10 years it will look like “puffy sleeves” the goodnews- bodice looks good on ya.

Too much with the head piece and jewelry…so much going on with that dress that simplicity would look better. Love the dress and it looks great on you, as long as you won’t go, “What was I thinking?” in 10 years when you look at pics. 😉

I love the bodice, but the gown is too much in my opinion.

It’s honestly a wow gown and I do love it.  But yes, when looking back, it may seem outdated.  That’s not necessarily a problem to me though – it shows what the style was when you got married, what’s wrong with that?  However, I’m not a fan of the accessories.  It’s such a WOW dress that you don’t need all that – I would do a simple, waist length veil, you definately don’t need a necklace, and small drop earrings would compliment rather than try to divert the eye away from all that’s going on with the dress.  Whatever you choose to do, just think about what statment you’re trying to make – this dress isn’t timeless, but it is fashion-forward for right NOW.  That’s not a bad thing!

I love the top but I’m personally not a fan of big poofy type bottoms. But even thou it’s poofy it still looks good on you just not a style I’m a fan of.

This dress is a statement piece and if thats what you like I say go for it! My only advice would be go without a veil, a small headpice would look okay and minimal accessories like small earings and nothing else. I think your family will see why you picked this dress if its the one you decide to go with (they obviously know you better than anyone here and this might be exactly the type of dress they picture you in) I see fun and funky meets high fashion in this dress and maybe thats exactly your personality, dont let anyone take that away from you! Good Luck

I personally LOVE the dress! So different and really beautiful. I agree with PP, do simple but pretty accessories and maybe no veil.

That is definitely a wow dress.  It may be over the top and eventually dated, but if you love it then go for it!

I’m with everyone on the accessories.  I would skip the necklace and do a bracelet and maybe some oversized stud earrings, no dangles.  And a small hair accesory, no veil.

The dress is wonderful!!!! Live in the now. You love the dress now so get married in it. So many brides are so simple and average. Step outside the box and go with this dress which is beautiful. The fit is great and the skirt is a statement piece. I think keep the dress, keep the jewels, and add a blingy headpiece. I love the dress!

you look fantastic in this dress. If it’s your personality and suits your theme go with it.
