I know they came in black. They are Kate Spades. The Clarice. I bought them on Zappos.com. Kate Spade's website has them in white with a gold sparkly heel and also a Ruby color. You can also buy them in white and ivory on myglassslipper.com. I believe you can dye the ivory satin ones.

These are so cute. I too wore pink shoes about that same shade of pink. We did an imformal courthouse ceremony and I wore white and black and jazzed it up with a hot pink hair flower and the hot pink shoes.
