My most recent creation – our save the dates!
I couldn’t decide between the purple and the green, so I did half and half. They were super quick – I was able to print them 4-per sheet, double-sided on super thick white photo-quality paper. I printed the opposite colored pattern on the back of each card. Then I just cut them out.
The liners were printed 2-per sheet on ivory paper. Then I used 1 strip of double-stick vinyl tape at the top to attach them, about 1/8″ below the glue strip of the envelope.
I also made my own custom, gocco’d envelopes. The design matches the design of the cards, but I decided to do them in just 1 color to save some ink. *HINT – Put the screen in the freezer, ink and all, and you can use it again to make more envelopes. It works great – much easier than cleaning it! I still have mine in there for my invites and thank you cards!*
The little circle on the back of the cards were printed on the same thick white paper and lovingly cut with a circle punch and attached with pop-up dots to give dimension. 🙂
I was originally going to hand-address the envelopes, but I think I’ll be running them through the printer to save time.
I can’t wait to send them out! Hope you like them!
