I bought 2 packs of Martha Stewart Wedding Confetti that contained 20 velumn envelopes.
After I emptied all the confetti out, I then put these cute kleenex (purchased at Tuesday Morning for $2.99). My future last name begins with F, and our colors include pink/white so they were perfect! Oh and any ideas of what to do with the confetti?!
I put the adorable kleenex into the envelopes (the very top had to be folded over a bit to make it fit, but you can barley tell).
Then I added either pink buttons (purchased from the $1 aisle at Michael’s) or pink retro stars (I already had these in my craft room, but they came from Hobby Lobby for $1 on the clearance aisle) to the bottom of the envelope to cover up the “Martha Stewart” logo. I used glue dots to adhere the buttons and stars.
Here’s the back of the envelope:
Since the tissues are colorful/designed I’ll just put them in a basket with a sign that says “In Case Your Heart Overflows & You Have Tears of Love.”
It only took about an hour from start to finish, so a pretty quick and easy DIY project.
