Great idea! I was wondering if you have any pics of you wearing it with your dress. I have thought of doing something like this But am unsure if it will look right with my dress.

Love this idea, how much tulle did you end up using? How long where each piece? How many pieces of tulle would you estimated that you used?

Thank you for sharing this! I also bought a crinoline from ebay and I was disappointed that it wasn’t very full. I was going to sew tulle into the skirt but now I am going to do it your way and save loads of time!! Thanks again!

My crinoline is built into my dress and I was so sad because I was really looking forward to dying it pink.  I was going to pay someone to sew tulle into it, but now I can do it on my own!  Thank you for sharing this.  I’ll post pictures of how mine turns out as well.

I absolutely LOVE this idea! I would love to see it in action. When you try it on with your dress, you have got to post a pic!! I saw this and I went out and bought the materials I would need. I was not brave enough to dye my crinoline, and I kind of liked the idea of keeping some of the white layers. Thanks for the idea!

Great idea!  Perhaps if I decide to ditch my crinoline because i think it might make my dress too full, I could just add some blue tulle to my  dresses built in crinoline.
