I have seen these and some people really seem to get a kick out of them.  I personally don’t really agree that it’s all that funny…but it depends on your crowd.  If you guys are big jokesters then it will probably go over okay, but if your grandparents/parents aren’t exactly on that wavelength, I might use that for a bridal shower or bachelorette party or something else less formal.  Smile

I’m personally not into them.

I think they’re adorable. My FI and I are having one similar to this on our wedding cake. My sister had one with a bride and groom playing football since they were both big Cowboys fans. It all depends on the crowd and your sense of humor. If you can rock it, then go for it! But, if you’re going to be worrying all night about how others are perceiving it, then I would take shortnsunny’s advice and perhaps use it at an event that is a little less formal.

I love it! I made my caketopper out of this, but I made my bride into a zombie…weddings are mean’t to be fun! 🙂

I personally think it’s adorable. My FIs cousins used them when they got married, and we thought they were hilarious. My MILTB, however, thought they were pretty tacky. I’d say to heck with what anyone else thinks – Do YOU like them?

I would agree that if you are asking, it’s probably not for you!  There are too many options to settle on something you’re unsure of.

We put one like this on a groom’s cake that we served at the rehearsal dinner.

I have been with my bitfriend for 15 years, I wanted this topper but I could find it with an African American skintone. I love it and thought wvweryone would get a kick out of it.
