I think you are on the right track with the veil… what if you made it a bit wider, and folded it over a couple of times, versus the once as it appears now. That might prevent the point at the top a bit?

Its cute…i agree with the above comment, play around with the veil a little more. a little wider and maybe even 2 layers. make a wider veil and place it under the veil that is on now.

Oh my god i absolutely love them. I dont think the veil looks that bad. They are novelty cake toppers anyway so they dont need to be perfect 🙂

What an adorable idea! If you lengthen the tulle for the veil by double and fold it in half then glue the frayed ends to the tiara it wil give you more volume and you can get it to look more veil-ish 🙂 Good luck!

LOVE THESE! I would try a different fabric altogether for the veil – possibly lace or a tighter-knit tulle.
