We used Mrs. Peach's tutorial but omitted any tape (it was in a historic building), instead stapled/glued the much longer strip to the top to hang and I believe they used a small amount of sticky tack on the day of as it would not compromise the wooden pews.
Each bundle of lavender had roughly 75 stems taped together.
DH and I assembled the parts seperately in PA and TX and I'm so happy with how they turned out!
