For those of you who are worried that letterpress might be out of your budget: if you stick to one color printing and a standard size, it isn't too bad. 200 of these cost $300. We did the hole punching ourselves to save $200 and printed labels out of a laser printer at my office.

@Chellboogie- the envelopes are a standard No.10 envelope from Paper Presentations and the opening is a side flap.
