We did our invites this past weekend, and we are SO happy with them. All told, about 25 hours combined between FI and I. We were really slow starting, but once we got the hang of things, it went really quickly! 2 things we learned really quickly…glue dots and tape runners are the best things since sliced bread! And if we had to do over, we’d pay the extra cost to have them poffessionally cut!
We used all Cardsandpockets papers and envelopes, and we were thrilled at the quality. We had the design custom done (PM if you’d like the name of the designer) and printed by C&P.
All told, 120 invites cost us about $700 including freight and glue/ribbon and postage etc. More than we wanted to spend per invite, but we are really happy with them. Hoping to get some better pics of them with a real camera, these are all phone pics, so sorry for poor quality!
Leraning how to cut. We kept getting grease smudges on the paper, so FI found some gloves in our first aid kit and used those. Worked great!
