shericamarie, yes, that is the tutorial I used. It's not actually a very good tutorial. . .but the chandelier is actually really easy to make once you figure it out.
I ordered my 4" doilies online and then folded them into fourths, unfolded and scrunched up the centers, and then used a needle and yarn to string them up.
The yarn was cut at different lengths - I used 12-22 inches, just to give it a nice flow.
After I strung all the doilies onto the yarn I tied them to the outside of the wreath ring - which I purchased online from a place in Maine - you will need 1-24" and 1-12" for each chandelier. Before you tie anything to them, spray paint them white and allow them to dry.
When you're done, take a few extra "flowers" and use double sided tape to attach them to the tops of the rings.
Super easy - great to do while you're watching tv or something.
HTH - let me know if you have any other questions.
The larger ring was on the outside and the smaller ring was tied to the larger ring with ribbon. I used a nice, wide satin ribbon - white because it shouldn't be noticeable. You really need the smaller wreath ring because it makes your wreath fuller and the strands will hang down a littler lower - it looks so much nicer. You can't see the smaller ring because it's hidden by the outside strands.

Can I ask how much it cost for you to get all the different supplies, and for how many tables? Where did you get so many doilies from? Also, how long does it take to make?
Did you put lights in your chandaliers? I am planning on making some of these to hang over my dance floor. I would like to put lights in them, but don't know what to use.
thank-you for inspiring me to do a snowball one like this, to hang in the middle of my dance floor. I am doing it silver and white snowballs of different sizes, hanging at different lengths ..... it will be a great add to our winter theme... =)
this was my chandelier that I made from paper doilies.
