Made these for our wedding as well (red is our color too!) Love how they turned out!

 

Bought regular pins instead of ‘corsage” pins.  More pins cheaper price!  They look the same as a corsage pin, only thinner needle!

they look great! did you spray paint the balls first or anything?  how many flowers did you use per ball?  i am doing tissue pomanders but i may like to do a combination of both.

What size are the flowers? i was thinking of using my Cricut as well cut out these type of flowers…

These are great. I’m doing them too. I haven’t posted any pictures yet but will as I progress. I’m using 6″ balls (I left them white) and the Cricut. I’m also using the flower on the George cartridge. I’ve set it to cut 1.25″ “actual size” flowers. If you set it on shadow it makes it easier to cover the ball (less gapping). I get my pearl pins from Jo-anns and I wait for them to go on sale. I’m puting them on candle sticks from Cost Plus and I also wait for those to go on sale. I’m also only putting them on the guestbook and cake table because I didn’t want to make the amount I need for centerpieces.
