I have started to do trial runs for all of the baked goods we will be doing for our dessert buffet! (Yes, this is very dangerous!)
Since I will be doing all of the baked goods myself, I need to keep everything simple. I have decided to go with a simple rose cupcake! (Our colours are light pink, mint green, ivory, lilac, and yellow).
I didn't follow a recipe for the frosting, so sadly I can't give you the exact amounts. I used butter, shortening, vanilla, strawberry extract, whipping ceam and powdered sugar.
The frosting design is VERY simple. I used a wilton 2D tip.
