http://www.writeonpencils.com custom color pencils $0.13/pencil (ORDER EARLY IF YOU WANT A CUSTOM COLOR … my custom color took 2MONTHS to be delivered)
http://www.officedepot.com purple fashion rubber bands $0.03/band (cheaper if you use coupon like we did)
http://www.papermart.com size #82 kraft box $0.31/box (cheaper if you order all your wedding packaging one time like we did…got it for $0.26/box)
http://www.envelopemall.com open ended policy kraft envelope $0.21/envelope
http://www.ebay.com 8.5×14 size full sheet labels + 8.5×11 size full sheet labels
for the lables i did the design work myself in photoshop…printed at home…and went to kinkos for laser cut … outside name label around box is cut along the length so that the label is 2″x14″ to wrap around the box … inside “formal invite to follow” label is cut along its width so that the label is 1.75″ x 8″ to fit inside the box.
instead of buying shredd filler … take your own paper to office store and have them shredd it for you … office depot was a $1/pound … as you can see in the last pic ($5 worth of shred…its really the best bargin)
http://www.dafont.com for free fonts (i like the retro font section best)

we sent out 200 Save The Date (we come from VERY LARGE FAMILIES) and in total spend about $250 including postage. if you’re gonna have to mail all your save the dates i dont recommend it as postag
