I don’t understand this, is that chocolate on top of the ribbon? Once you cut the cake it will be ruined, no?

Ditto that – I would have loved this for my wedding, too! And yes, that almost definitely is ribbon on the cake. I don’t know that it’s the icing on top the ribbon so much that is going to ruin it as the icing underneath! Plus, who wants to use a ribbon that’s been on food? I think it’s supposed to just look pretty.
