We wanted to incorporate our love of photography in our wedding invitations, and this is what we came up with! To see the photo book in action, I made a video that you can check out here. I also realize this photo is a bit small. There’s a larger image at the link below too.

This is AMAZING. How did you put it together? Did you assemble yourself? Or did you create it, then have it professionally assembled?
I love this! So creative!
If you had any left over, I’d LOVE to pay you for one, as I’d love to have one on hand, just for creativity sake.

I would also like to know where you had them made or did you do them yourself? and approx what did they cost?

Thanks everyone! We took most of the photos in my sister-in-law’s backyard using scrap fabric on a inexpensive backdrop setup we purchased from Amazon (then we used that same backdrop setup then for our photobooth at the wedding).
We imported the photos into Apple’s Aperture program (although you can do the same thing with iPhoto, just with slightly fewer customization options). Then there’s an option to create different photo products, like calendars and photobooks http://www.apple.com/ilife/print-products.html#photo-books. We selected the small photobook option and just assembled the photos in the order we wanted it to appear in the book. It was a really easy click-and-drag interface.
They were $3.99 each and were shipped a few days later from apple.
Here’s a video of them in action: http://youtu.be/U5GNj9g-NqQ
