As much as I would love a big floral arrangement as a centerpiece, paying $300 minimum per table just wasn’t in my budget.
For my wedding, I created my own centerpieces that served a few purposes. I chose a 3 frame photo piece which I used to incorporate our engagement photos with little snippets about us and also used it as the table number. I bought small jars and used 2 on each side with some mixture of flowers for a pop in color.

I love this! I wouldn’t have even known they were just frames from looking at the pictures. They are beautiful! I’m going to try and find frames like that to put on our guestbook table. Thanks for the idea!

I love the uniqueness (is that a word) of the centerpiece. Most people think of diy as being cheap or frugal. I love how creative and personal it is. No one else can capture the sentiment and character of what you want; no matter how much you pay them. It also gives the diy-er a great sense of pride…You Go Girl!
