I had already organized the number of people within the party for the escort cards within an Excel Spreadsheet. I had the floor plan with the table numbers in a separate diagram. I just cut out all the names from the spreadsheet including the number of adults and kids per party and rearranged them to my heart’s content on the back side (the sticky part) of a post it note.
Of course I could have just copied and pasted everything within Excel but I didn’t like that idea as much.
