- Wedding: January 2010
My inspiration didn’t come from too far away, right here on Wedding Bee as a matter a fact. I swooned at the overall presentation of these beauties, especially the embossed paper the magnets were mounted on. As much as I loved the embossed paper, there was no way I was going to buy and learn how to use a gocco machine to print our information on cards that were embossed with that much detail. I started to think about embossed sets I had seen at craft stores, made for your printer. I bought a set of 50 Wilton Print cards (using a 40% off coupon). I designed the set using the templates from Wilton Print. I just ran all of them through my printer.
I designed the magnets myself and had them printed through Vista Print. I put clear photo corners on the corners of the magnet and then positioned the magnet on the card. (This way the magnet would fit in the photo corners well.)
I printed the envelopes using my printer. And my save the dates were ready to mail.
