For the seating chart, I listed everyone’s names and the table number they were stitting at. The table numbers were represented by places (restaurants, etc.) we dated. I added the information in an Excel spreadsheet so I could sort the guests by last names and to keep track of how many were at each table. I then copied the info to a Publisher document. I had a printed to 16 x 20 and had it in a frame at the reception.

Thanks for posting! I had the idea to put a large frame up as well, but before I saw your post I had a more complicated way of listing the names. I was going to list the names under each table number which now that I think about it would have been confusing for my guests.
